  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes, we ship within the UK and internationally. All UK orders are free with no minimum spend. Interntional delivery fees are £3.99, again with no minimum spend.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Standard UK deliveries are 4-7 business days. Express deliveries are 1-3 working days. International deliveries are all up to 12 business days.

  • Can I refund / exchange orders?

    Yes, within 14 days, if there is a fault/defect with your product - please send in photographic evidence and explain the issue. We aim to issue a refund to the original payment method.

    If you want to return/exchange products whereby there is no issue with it, this is permissible as long as the product is still sealed. We will not accept any unsealed products for health and safety reasons.
